Don’t panic!

5 things to see in Bari city
Bari Vecchia (Old Bari)
It is a must to walk through the narrow streets of Bari Vecchia, otherwise you have not really been to Bari!
Narrow streets with typical shops, the Bari grandmothers who prepare the orecchiette in the streets and cook popizze or sgagiozze, bicycles darting by, the chatter in dialect.
Bari Vecchia is a journey within a journey.
Are you lazy and don’t feel like walking? Visit old Bari by rickshaw!
Bari waterfront
9 km of waterfront, can you take a walk?
Walk along Goffredo di Crollalanza to Lungomare Augusto Imperatore: a nice (not 9 km) relaxing walk with a beautiful view of the sea and historic buildings.
I was fascinated by the Margherita Theater, right on the sea.
In this this area you will find some roads to get into old Bari.
Basilic of San Nicola
The most famous church in the city: in its crypt there is the tomb of San Nicola.
It is imposing and certainly worth a visit for its beauty!
Swabian Castle
It is located at the end of Bari Vecchia and is a symbolic building of the city, a mix of history and dominations suffered by Bari.
Cathedral of San Sabino
The exterior is very simple, only a large rose window enriches the facade.
The interior is also almost bare, in stark contrast to the baroque crypt where the relics of San Sabino are kept.

Polignano a Mare
A beautiful village, perched on the sea and with panoramic terraces with a terrific panorama!
Take an evening to stroll through the streets of the historic center, read the phrases written almost everywhere… you will fall in love with it!
Alberobello
How not to go to the land of trulli?
Artisan and souvenir shops, restaurants and wine bars, private homes and a church: everything is in the trulli.
You can also enter a real trullo house: you will find many of them open to tourists in the village.
